Booth Rentals

There are 130 booths available for rent at Merchant Square. Booth rental fees vary upon size and location, at approximately $2.40 per square foot.

Glass Showcase Rentals

There are 104 glass showcases available for rent in the front center of the Marketplace. Single cases for $73; Aisle corner case $85 and 5-foot double cases at each aisle end rent for $125.

Bookcase Rentals

There are 13 4′X’3 open bookcases available throughout the store at $25 per month.

Merchant Fees

Merchants are responsible for credit card fees (2-3%) generated by customer credit card purchases. Merchant Square receives a 10% commission on your gross sales. These fees are deducted from your sales before payment.

Consignment Services

We offer consignment services for quality antiques, furniture and accessories. Photographs are required to preview consignment items. A 30% commission fee applies.
